Alice In Wonderland Ticket Information

We are excited to partner with Sandy City for our tickets sales. All tickets will be sold through Sandy City/Smith'sTix with reserved seating.

DISCLAIMER: Mountain West Ballet is excited to announce that custom stage and lighting projections will be used to enhance the experience of this year's spring production of Alice in Wonderland. Due to the sunlight during our matinee performance, these projections will be best seen during the evening performances. The quality of dancing, props and costuming will be the same with each performance.

Premium seating: Adult $14, Student/Senior $12, Child $10 (center section)
Priority seating: Adult $12, Student/Senior $10, Child $8

Ticket Purchase

Tickets purchased by phone with Sandy City are held at will-call and can be picked up at the Sandy Amphitheater Box Office the evening prior to the show or the evening of the show. A photo ID is required to claim tickets at will-call and must match the name the tickets were purchased under. Ticket purchase subject to Sandy City convenience/handling fee of $1.00 per ticket.

2) Sandy Amphitheater Box Office: Tickets are available one hour prior to performances. May 10th, 11th and 13th 2013.

The Box Office at the Amphitheater, including will call, is located on the main plaza on the east side of the venue and opens at one hour prior to the performance time of the night of shows and will remain open until intermission, around 9:15 pm, and can sell tickets to all shows. Ticket purchase subject to Sandy City convenience/handling fee of $1.00 per ticket.

The Sandy Amphitheater has build a new ticket office on the west side of the venue, in its own building near the west entrance. There is no longer a ticket office on the east side. If you need to purchase tickets, pick up at will call, or redeem a voucher, you will want to park in the west lower parking lots to access the new ticket office. If you have already purchased tickets at Sandy City or through Smith'sTix, you will be able to enter from eigher side of the theater.

3) Smith'sTix: tickets are available at any Smith'sTix outlet, find a location, Charge by phone at 801.467.TIXX or 1.800.888.TIXX, or online at Smithstix.com. Ticket purchase through Smith'sTix are subject to Smith'sTix convenience/handling fee.

Ticket Policies
The Amphitheater is an outdoor venue with a covered stage. If it is raining at showtime, the show will go on.

NO REFUNDS
A service fee is charged for all tickets sold and there are no refunds or exchanges.

SEVERE WEATHER
In case of severe weather, including lightning and high winds, the show will be held for 20 minutes and patrons asked to take shelter in their cars. At that time it will be determined whether or not to continue with the show.

There are NO refunds for shows canceled after intermission. There will be refunds for shows canceled before intermission.

CHILDREN TICKETS
Children age 3 and under are free unless they require a seat. Children 4 and older require a ticket.

Authorized Ticket Outlets
Mountain West Ballet tickets are sold only through 3 authorized ticket outlets: Sandy Amphitheater, Sandy City Hall and Smith'sTix.
